7-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of Worabeauty products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and all original seals, tags, and packaging are completely intact.

Used or opened skincare products (including cleansers, serums, sunscreens, and creams) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@worabeauty.in within 7 days of delivery, sharing your order number and unboxing pictures/videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner (Delhivery), it cannot be canceled, but you may refuse the delivery.
